The metaverse based on embodied internet technology not only changes our lives technically, but also challenges the definitions of cognition and intelligence in classical cognitive science. The human cognitive process is no longer just understood as intracranial neural computation, but is understood as an information interactive process between human and machines. This article attempts to rediscuss the definition and mechanism of extended cognition, and attempts to explain the contribution of cognitive science hypotheses from extended cognition to extended feeling to the cognitive theory under the framework of metaverse, and demonstrates the metaverse based on extended feeling (specifically embodied Internet) can become part of the cognitive process, influencing and impacting the understanding of cognition itself in classical cognitive science and philosophy. Ultimately, we will show that extended experience and the metaverse will help us move into a post-humanist state of existence.

Examples of the controversial issues between embedded cognition and extended cognition typically involve the use of technologically low-grade bio-external resources. Research in the field of metaverse allows people to rethink the above question in a new context. By investigating the hybrid cognitive circuits in metaverse, it can be found that embedded cognition not only has the same explanatory effect as extended cognition, but also conforms more to the principle of conservatism or simplicity. The relationship between the cognitive subject and mixed reality and virtual experience is more causal rather than constitutive. If we ignore the ontological differences between the metaverse and the real world may weaken the subjectivity of the body in cognitive activities.

As a new comprehensive concept of science and technology, the universe has swept the world. It has brought tremendous changes to cognitive science and other fields. At the same time, its theoretical and application advantages are emerging independently. Can the meta universe be combined with enactive cognition to promote the new generation of cognitive science research paradigm? Does it mean that the era of the first generation of cognitive science will be completely ended in the way of virtual reality symbiosis in the future, so as to enter the era of artificial intelligence research? What are the shortcomings of virtual reality symbiosis technology that cannot be realized? Where will cognitive psychology go in the future? Obviously, the "avatar" image created by the meta universe does not meet the demands of psychological cognitive subjects. Starting from the theoretical propositions that criticized the paradigms of mentalism, cognitivism, behaviorism, etc. For more than one hundred years, psychology is developing towards the direction of human being constructed by Marxist concept of practice, and creating research paradigms suitable for human beings. In addition, other non-human studies cannot be the purport of psychological research. On this basis, the author compares the theoretical propositions of meta cosmic cognition and enactive cognition, finds their similarities and differences, tries to explore the possibility of meta cosmic empowerment and generative cognition, and comments on them in combination with the Marxist concept of practice. Marxist philosophy not only has a strong dialectical logic and theoretical inclusiveness, but also has a more reasonable interpretation of human nature, which is more suitable for the healthy development of psychological theory. However, it should not comment on the meta universe prematurely, depending on its future development direction and recognition of its convenience and innovation for human life. Psychological theory should not only develop healthily, but also learn from the latest science and technology.

Metaverse has become a hot topic for researchers at home and abroad. In the past two years, the number of literatures published on the theme of meta-universe has increased explosively. We define metaverse as a technological integration entity that meets the needs of human spirit. However, the integration of many technologies is lack of theoretical support. Psychology is a science that studies human psychological phenomena, but there has always been a conflict between “division” and “integration” in psychology. The essence of its division is that psychology is still not a paradigm discipline. Looking back at the historical process of the development of psychology, the development of psychology is inseparable from the progress of research tools, which is based on the development of technology. Metaverse provides the possibility for the unification of this technology. From the point of view of the combination of theory and technology, this paper aims to discuss the feasibility of combining four influential schools of psychology-psychoanalysis, behaviorism, humanism, cognitive psychology-with metaverse, and the article holds that the future development of metaverse will be closely related to embodied cognition.

Philosophers have raised five questions about Piaget's work on consciousness: (1)Was Piaget's work really a study of consciousness? (2)Is Piaget's study of consciousness the same as the classic topic of consciousness study? (3)What was Piaget's "consciousness" mean? (4)Could the study of consciousness be a science? (5)What contribution does Piaget's study of consciousness make to contemporary discussions on consciousness? This article responds to these questions one by one. Piaget's work was processed all around the issue of consciousness; Piaget made a constructive definition of consciousness through the theory of genetic epistemology: Consciousness is a process of structurization of cognition; Piaget's science of consciousness is actually a view of the history of science on a macroscopic scale; There are epistemological and methodological links between Piaget's work and the contemporary study of consciousness.

A large body of the domestic literature on social psychology has focused on the intrapersonal and interpersonal processes of behavior. However, intergroup processes underlying social behavior receive relatively less attention. In order to adapt and develop the intergroup relations theories in China, it is necessary to critically think about and learn from the latest findings in intergroup relations research from the Western literature. The present study reviews the literature on intergroup relations indexed by SSCI and A&HCI between 2010 and 2019, aiming to offer understandings of the major topics and frontiers in recent intergroup literature. In order to extract major topics in intergroup relations research, literature clustering based on k-core theory is employed. The results show that seven major clusters of literature form the major topics in intergroup relations research; They are labelled as intergroup contact, outgroup dehumanization, positive responses, interpersonal process model, intergroup behavior, concrete construal, and social categories. The technique of burst detection is then employed to investigate keywords with citation bursts. Findings demonstrate that collective action, social network, and social norm represent the frontiers in intergroup relations research in the recent three years. Finally, prospective interdisciplinary integration with psychophysiology and social network analysis is discussed, and the present study suggests that the influence of social norm on intergroup relations need to be made clear.

Based on the inter-group threat theory and the common in-group identity model, we investigated the moderating effects of common in-group identity on inter-group threat-induced aggression at both the explicit and implicit levels using the Competitive Reaction Time (CRT) and Implicit Association Paradigm (IAT) as the initiating material for the malignant doctor-patient dissonance. Results: Individuals in the inter-group threat group had significantly higher explicit and implicit aggression than those in the non-threat group; individuals with common in-group identity had significantly lower explicit and implicit aggression than those in the non-common in-group identity group; In the no-threat condition, the presence or absence of common in-group identity did not have a greater effect on individuals' explicit and implicit aggression, but in the threat condition individuals with common in-group identity had significantly lower explicit and implicit aggression than those in the non-common in-group identity group. The individuals with common in-group identity had significantly lower explicit and implicit aggression than those in the no-ingroup threat group. This suggests that inter-group threat can trigger aggressive behavior and that common in-group identity can reduce the intensity of aggression due to inter-group threat. Therefore, it is important to reduce the perception of inter-group threat and build a common in-group identity between doctors and patients for the resolution of doctor-patient conflict.

Based on the resource conservation theory, this study adopted questionnaire survey and introduced post-disaster psychological recovery to explore the mediating role of work meaningfulness between post-disaster psychological recovery and employees' work passion, as well as the moderating role of leaders' empathy. The results of 607 survey data showed that:(1) Post-disaster psychological recovery positively affected work passion;(2) Work meaningfulness played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the dimensions of post-disaster psychological recovery and work passion;(3) Leader empathy negatively moderated the relationship between the dimensions of post-disaster psychological recovery and work meaningfulness;(4) The moderating effect of leader empathy on the relationship between post traumatic growth and work passion was more significant in low leader empathy. Through this research, it is expected to provide beneficial enlightenment and practical guidance for organizations and individuals to tide over the epidemic smoothly, arouse their work passion and maintain the vitality of enterprises.

Based on the experimental paradigm of monetary incentive delay (MID),the effect of reward cues on individual motivation was investigated by using event-related potential technique. The cue-FRN components in the processing stage of situational cues, task-SPN component in task preparation start-up stage,dFRN component in task performance monitoring stage, outcome-SPN component in feedback result expectation stage under different reward probability levels were analyzed. The results showed that in the four task stages, the cue FRN amplitudes under low reward cues were significantly negative to high reward cues, and the task SPN,dfrn and outcome SPN amplitudes under high reward cues were significantly lower than that of low reward cues. It showed that under the high and low reward cues, the individual's motivation level had obvious enhancement and weakening effects. Compared with high and low reward cues, there was no significant difference in the EEG components of the four stages under the middle reward cues. That is, there is no significant approach or avoidance effect in the individual's task motivation response.

In order to explore the influencing mechanism of future self-continuity on self-control, 853 young people were surveyed. The results showed that: (1) Future self-continuity, self-control, physical exercise, and subjective social class were positively correlated with each other;(2) Physical exercise played a mediating role in the influence of future self-continuity on self-control; (3) Subjective social status moderated the effect of future self-continuity on self-control, and future self-continuity could directly and positively predict self-control only at high subjective social status condition; (4) Subjective social status could moderate the influence of physical exercise on self-control. With the increase of subjective social status, the positive predictive effect of physical exercise on self-control decreased gradually. In conclusion, future self-continuity had significant effects on self-control through the mediating role of physical exercise and the moderating role of subjective social status.
