生涯希望量表的编制与信效度检验

摘要在文献分析、半开放式访谈基础上编制生涯希望初测量表题目,在专家评判的基础上形成初测问卷。对738名高中生、大学生和在职人士进行施测,随机分半后对两批数据分别进行项目分析、探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,并且评估量表内部一致性信度、分半信度和效标关联效度。另外选取135名大学生间隔一个月后施测评估其重测信度。结果发现,生涯希望量表由25道题目构成,共包括积极期待、目标设定、动因促进、路径达成和反省调整等五个维度。信度检验发现生涯希望总量表和各维度的内部一致性信度、分半信度和重测信度良好,效标检验提示量表具有良好的内容效度、结构效度和效标关联效度。生涯希望量表结构清晰,具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为衡量生涯希望的工具。
