农村初中生阶层感与主观幸福感的关系：自尊和心理弹性的作用

The relationship between class perception and subjective well-being among rural middle school students： The role of self-esteem and resilience

Abstract In order to explore the relationship between class perception and subjective well-being of rural middle school students and its mechanism, 1707 rural middle school students were surveyed using the Subjective Socioeconomic Status Scale for Chinese Adolescents, the Self-Esteem Scale,the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents, and the Index of Well-being Questionnaire. The results showed that：（1） Subjective socioeconomic status positively predicted subjective well-being; （2） Self-esteem partially mediated the relationship between subjective socioeconomic status and subjective well-being; （3） Resilience and its support dimension negatively moderated the relationship between self-esteem and subjective well-being, which supported the “protective-protective” exclusion hypothesis. The findings revealed the mechanisms of subjective socioeconomic status, self-esteem and resilience on subjective well-being, which are enlightening for improving the subjective well-being of rural middle school students.
